Is there a fee to use PACrossmatch?

PACrossmatch is completely free to use for physician assistants and healthcare employers alike.

Once I create a PACrossmatch user account, how long is it good for?

PACrossmatch is designed as a tool to use throughout your career. Therefore we store your account information until you choose to delete it or until the world ends, whichever comes first.

Am I able to change my account information and employment preferences after the initial sign-up phase?

Of course you can. We realize needs change with time and we have designed PACrossmatch for the long haul, so you are free to change your user account and employment preferences as your situation dictates. If and when changes are made, they are instantaneously uploaded and saved to PACrossmatch. In fact, we encourage you to keep your user account, CV and employment preferences as current as possible so you don’t miss out on a great opportunity.

Do you share my account information with anyone?

No way. Actually by using PACrossmatch we are bound to the user agreement that states all associated personal information is held in confidence and sharing this information for any other use is strictly prohibited.

How long is my PA employment posting good for?

Our employment postings are scheduled in 3 month intervals. After the initial 3 month period you will have the option to re-post your listing if you have not found the PA you are looking for. You are able to delete your job posting at any time.

What happens if I am not finding any PAs that fit the qualifications I am looking for?

At PACrossmatch we take a personalized approach with our users, either PA or employer. In this case we would work with you and look at the specificities of the posting as well as that of the applicant to figure out why we are unable to match a qualified PA with it. We would then do our best to ever so slightly modify your requests to maximize your goals.

Is PACrossmatch a recruitment firm?

Short answer: Nope.

Long answer: Recruitment firms survive by charging employers a fee to fill a vacant position in hopes of recuperating operational costs and turning a profit. PACrossmatch provides a tool focusing on the individual needs of each PA and employer for personalized professional CrossMatching. PACrossmatch is designed to be a first line resource that both employers and physician assistants feel comfortable with and can rely upon time and time again… So again, Nope.

Do you guarantee that I will find a perfect PA/Employer match by using PACrossmatch?

There are no guarantees in life, PACrossmatch is not the first. What we promise to do is present you with an opportunity within the parameters you have defined for us as what an ideal PA employment situation would entail. The rest is up to you

Are you involved in contract negotiations?

Absolutely NOT. We simply lay the groundwork to ease negotiations. You are free to negotiate your contract as you want with no interference from PACrossmatch.

Other than finding me a job, what other benefits do I have by signing up as a PA?

Well, let’s see. We provide you with a simple way to store your CV, update it at will and present it to prospective employers. We provide you with profession and specialty specific information so you don’t have to look elsewhere for it. We offer our expertise for questions and concerns regarding all things physician assistant related (this is a tool I wish I had at my fingertips). Honestly, we are here to help in any way we can as long as it is beneficial for all parties involved.
